MASCOT AERODROME CIRCA 1939

During their time at Mascot, Adastra occupied three different hangars. This photograph shows all three of them. The following dates are approximate.

 

Hangar 8:
1930 to 1946
Hangar 15:
1946 to 1956
Hangar 13:
1956 to 1977

However, Adastra did not occupy Hangar 13 in the location shown in the photograph as this hangar was relocated to the eastern end of the aerodrome in the late fifties.
